Who is this course for?

Managing Fire Safety Early Years Training Course Mankind may have discovered fire and convinced ourselves that we have controlled it, but fire often shows who really is boss. Many workplaces which experience a fire never recover. This course encompasses the Regulatory Reform Order (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and provides basic knowledge and understanding of fire and fire-fighting.

The delegates receive instruction in:

Current legislation in this area;
Introduction to the nature of fire and smoke;
Types of fire extinguisher and their use;
Fire Safety Awareness in the early years setting;
Fire drills;
Risk Assessing the early years setting;
Risk Assessment practice.
